Bill’s frontend handoff

This is a clickable design reference, separate from the live enrollment Worker. All data, scores, dates, availability and confirmations are illustrative. No API requests, analytics, browser storage or personal-data collection are implemented.

1. Reconcile the deployed code first. The audited Cloudflare deployment was newer than GitHub main. Preserve the deployed improvements before replacing frontend components.
2. Booking-first routing is proposed. After a successful enrollment response, show booking immediately; preserve enrollment status and finish KBA afterward. IDIQ may still need KBA before report generation. Follow server routing and stage guards.
3. Enrollment: map the contact and identity screens to the existing POST /api/enroll contract. Confirm phone capture, offer, billing, authorization text and SMS consent with Alex before production. Do not persist SSN, DOB or KBA answers in browser storage, URLs, analytics or CRM.
4. Booking: implement real GHL availability and booking behind GET/POST /api/booking. Confirm the four intended specialists/calendar IDs. Handle timezone, no slots, slot conflict and provider failure. Confirm only after the CRM writes the appointment.
5. Verification and report: use existing /api/kba and report endpoints. Render vendor-provided questions and choices. Respect retry limits and route verified, locked, unavailable and expired sessions correctly. Never turn a provider failure into a success screen.
6. Report delivery: implement the requested SMS link and the previously scoped email delivery. Links must expire and require the agreed DOB check. Keep report data out of message text. Confirm the SMS sender, consent and delivery tracking.
7. Launch blockers: approved VSL video/copy, confirmed IDIQ offer and environment, real GHL adapter, production message delivery, server-backed reporting, responsive end-to-end QA and stage-event/CRM integration. Main website CTAs continue to the existing booking funnels.
